Ruth 4: Redeemed by our Kinsman-Redeemer!

The final instalment of this short Old Testament Book. The identity of our Kinsman-Redeemer, of the family line of David, through Obed, the son of Boaz and Ruth, is brought out particularly in the final verses. But we weren’t Redeemed just as a ‘piece of property’ with silver or gold, but rather, by the Precious Blood of Christ (Eph.1:7; 1 Pet.1:18-21). Let the Redeemed of the LORD say so (Ps.107:2)!
