Psalm 11 – Faith In The LORD’s Righteousness!

In this Psalm David’s friends or close advisors appear to be giving him the advise to run, because the enemy is about to attack. But David has stated that he has put his trust in the LORD (v.1). David asked a very important question in v.3, saying, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” We see the foundations of our society and the Biblical principles upon which our societies are built, under constant attack. We need to remain confident in the LORD and His righteousness, since He is working out His purposes, which include the fact that ‘we know that all things are working together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called, according to His purpose” (Rom.8:28).
